PT Hutchison CP Telecommunications ("Hutchison Telecom Indonesia", "the Company") is a joint venture by Hong Kong based Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited and CP Group of Indonesia. The Company plans to launch nationwide GSM services in phases with 3G services overlaid in key cities in the second half of 2006.

"Hutchison Telecom Indonesia" is a subsidiary of Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited which currently offers mobile and fixed-line telecommunication services in Hong Kong, and operates or is rolling out mobile telecommunication services in India, Israel, Macau, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Ghana, Indonesia and Vietnam.
